Heads-up: Offsiteio wrote this, and we're one of the two choices on the page. Perk details come from Perk's own site, linked below and checked in October 2026. Pricing and features change, so if you spot a difference, send it our way.

First, the name. If you type travelperk.com today, it redirects to perk.com, and the company presents itself as Perk, "the intelligent platform for travel and spend" (perk.com, checked Oct 2026). Perk gives your company software to book travel, manage spend and organize events, including team offsites. Offsiteio is a planning team that designs and runs the offsite for you at one itemized per-person price.

How planning an offsite in Perk works

Perk Events is pitched as a way to take an event from idea to booked inside the travel tool. You describe the event in plain language to an "Events AI Assistant," and Perk says its platform "instantly scans the market to gather quotes from hotels and venues that fit your requirements." It handles RSVPs, builds an event page, and lets guests book their own travel within the platform. Perk also says an in-house team of events experts is available around the clock for rate negotiations and complex group travel (perk.com/platform/events, checked Oct 2026).

For trips of 9+ people there's a dedicated group bookings service, and Perk asks for at least 3 weeks' notice on short-notice requests. Helpfully, it's candid that "airlines do not necessarily offer discounts for large groups" (Perk group bookings, checked Oct 2026).

Perk's model shines when attendees fly in from many cities and you need everyone's travel inside policy. What remains on your side is the program: picking activities, booking dinners, building the agenda and running the trip once you land.

How Offsiteio works

Instead of software, you get people. Send us your headcount, dates and what the offsite is for. Within 48 hours you'll have a free proposal with two or three destinations, each priced as one number per person and itemized by lodging, meeting space, meals, activities, transfers and coordination. Saying no costs nothing.

Say yes, and our team books and manages every vendor, plans the days with you, and has someone on the ground from first arrival to last departure. Real trips have come in around $1,450 to $2,402 per person. Flights sit outside that price and are quoted on their own, which means you can keep booking air in Perk if your policy requires it. We're rated 5.0 on Google with 17 reviews.

Choosing between them

Perk is the stronger choice when…

  • Your company already books travel on Perk
  • Many attendees fly from different offices and policy compliance is the hard part
  • You have an organizer with time to run sourcing, RSVPs and the agenda
  • You plan lots of events and want one system for all of them

Offsiteio is the stronger choice when…

  • You want a finished plan, not a tool to make one
  • No one internally can own vendors, menus, activities and run of show
  • You want a planner physically present during the offsite
  • You need one per-person figure for budget approval
