The best team offsite planning companies in 2026
Done-for-you team offsites with one itemized price per person and a planner on site. Free proposal in 48 hours.
Offsiteio wrote this list and put itself first, so read it with that in mind. Every fact about the other eight companies comes from their own websites, which we checked in October 2026. If something has changed since then, tell us and we'll correct it.
Short answer: if you want a team offsite handled for you and priced as one itemized number per person, start with Offsiteio. If you want to browse a big venue catalog, TeamOut fits. For large global trips with flights booked by the agency, look at Moniker. Flok suits distributed teams that want help shaping the agenda. Surf Office and NextRetreat lean toward Europe.
These companies aren't interchangeable. Some are agencies, some are software with planners attached, and one is now part of a travel platform. Use the table to narrow by model first, then read the entries that fit.

How we chose and compared them
- Done-for-you or do-it-yourself: does the company run the offsite, or hand you tools to run it?
- Price visibility: can a buyer see real numbers on the website before a sales call?
- Flights and on-site help: what each company says about air travel and staff during the trip.
- Evidence: we only used each company's own site (and, for BoomPop, Navan's press release). No review-site scores or rumors.
1. Offsiteio
Offsiteio is a planning team, not a marketplace. We scout destinations, book the hotel and meeting space, arrange meals, activities and transfers, and someone from our team stays on site for the whole trip. You get a free proposal within 48 hours with 2–3 destination options and one per-person price, with no commitment. We plan drive-to retreats and destination trips in the US and abroad, and we're rated 5.0 on Google from 17 reviews.
Real trips have landed between about $1,450 and $2,402 per person. Flights are quoted separately because everyone flies from somewhere different. See our pricing page or request a proposal.
Best for: a Chief of Staff, EA or People lead at a growth-stage company who has to deliver the offsite and hand finance a budget that won't move.
Pricing: one upfront, itemized price per person with no hidden fees.
2. TeamOut
TeamOut pairs a venue-sourcing platform with event planners and a destination management service, and it lists leadership retreats and board meetings among its event types (teamout.com, checked Oct 2026). It publishes ready-made packages, from a Midway, Utah countryside retreat at $1,200 per person to a Waikiki package at $2,789 per person (TeamOut packages, checked Oct 2026). Its site offers a flight estimator tool; it doesn't say it books flights.
Best for: buyers who want to compare lots of venues in software before they commit.
Pricing: package prices published; planning fee not stated.
3. Moniker Partners
Moniker describes itself as a retreat planning agency with specialist teams for location sourcing and flight booking, plus 24/7 on-site staff (monikerpartners.com, checked Oct 2026). Its case studies range from a 115-person trip to a 570-person retreat in Quebec City.
Best for: big global programs where you want one agency to own air travel too.
Pricing: not published; proposals are custom.
4. Flok
Flok says it designs and runs corporate retreats for remote and distributed teams, starting from the goal before the venue (flok.com, checked Oct 2026). Services also include venue sourcing and contract negotiation, plus sales kickoffs and executive offsites. Examples on its site run from roughly 70 to 800+ attendees.
Best for: leaders who want help designing the agenda and the room, not just the logistics.
Pricing: not published.
5. Surf Office
Surf Office plans team offsites and company retreats for groups starting at 15 people, with 200+ locations across the Americas, Europe and Asia (surfoffice.com, checked Oct 2026). Its FAQ is candid: it doesn't book flights directly (a partner agency does), and in most cases its planner won't intervene during the retreat (Surf Office FAQ, checked Oct 2026).
Best for: teams set on a European or long-haul destination who are comfortable running the days themselves.
Pricing: not published; quote on request.
6. The Offsite Co.
The Offsite Co. plans company retreats, executive retreats and team offsites, and says it manages flights, transportation and on-site logistics (theoffsiteco.com, checked Oct 2026). Its homepage recommends budgeting about $750 per night per employee plus flights.
Best for: fully remote companies that want an agency handling air travel and ground logistics.
Pricing: planning fee not shown; budget guidance published.
7. Offsite (offsite.com)
Offsite runs a venue and vendor marketplace and also offers done-for-you planning at what it calls a flat, per-person rate (offsite.com, checked Oct 2026). It covers US cities and international spots like Lisbon and Cancun. Offsite and Offsiteio are unrelated companies.
Best for: planners who want to request venue offers themselves before deciding whether to hand off.
Pricing: the rate model is described, but no numbers appear on the site.
8. NextRetreat
NextRetreat assigns a retreat specialist who researches and books lodging, workspace, food, ground transport and activities, and clients get its planning platform. It publishes its service fee: €49 per team member for 20–80 people or €39 for 80–500, plus a €50 deposit (NextRetreat pricing, checked Oct 2026). On-site support is an add-on.
Best for: teams heading to Europe who want to see the planning fee up front.
Pricing: service fee published; trip costs are separate.
9. BoomPop (now part of Navan)
BoomPop combines an event management platform with full-service planning for offsites, SKOs and incentive trips (boompop.com, checked Oct 2026). Navan announced on September 9, 2026 that it had acquired BoomPop (Navan press release, checked Oct 2026).
Best for: companies that already book business travel in Navan and want events in the same system.
Pricing: not published; the pricing page offers a budget estimator.

Team offsite planning FAQs
What does a team offsite planning company do?
It finds the destination and venue, negotiates the hotel block, books meals, activities and ground transport, and (with full-service firms) supports the group during the trip.
How much does a team offsite cost per person?
It depends on destination, nights and group size. Offsiteio trips typically start around $1,450 per person with flights quoted separately, and our real trips have run about $1,450 to $2,402 per person.
Should we pick an agency or a platform?
Pick an agency if you want someone else to make decisions and run the trip. Pick a platform if you want to compare venues yourself and keep control of each booking.
How early should we start planning an offsite?
Three to six months out gives you a good choice of hotels for most groups. Peak dates and large room blocks need more lead time.
