Planning a team offsite usually means a dozen vendors, a dozen invoices and one spreadsheet you dread opening. We replace that with one upfront price per person and an itemized proposal that shows exactly what's inside it. The price quoted is the price you pay.
How Offsiteio pricing works
- You share the basics. Headcount, rough dates, the cities you're curious about and what the offsite is for (strategy, celebration, reconnecting a remote team).
- We build an itemized proposal. Within 48 hours you get a per-person price, broken out by lodging, meals, meeting space, activities, ground transport and coordination. It's free and you can keep it.
- You adjust it. Swap the hotel tier, cut a night, trade the yacht dinner for a cooking class. Each change shows up as a new per-person number, so you can make trade-offs with real figures in front of you.
- You sign once. One agreement covers the whole trip, and we handle the contracts with the hotel, restaurants and activity vendors.
- We run it on the ground. Our team is on site during the offsite, so the person who organized it gets to take part.

Flights aren't part of our estimates because every attendee starts somewhere different. We'll still help your team find flight options, and we list airfare as its own line so the trip price stays comparable from one destination to the next.
Starting prices by destination
Each of our destination pages shows a "from" price for a sample package, excluding flights. The lowest today is Riviera Maya at $1,100 per person and the highest is Hawaii at $1,900. Some popular picks:

No hidden fees, and what that means in practice
"No hidden fees" gets said a lot. Here's what we mean by it:
- Every line is visible. Your proposal lists each component. You don't get a lump sum with a note saying "trust us".
- Nothing gets added after you sign. If the scope stays the same, the price stays the same. If you add something, such as a second hosted dinner, you'll see the new per-person price before it's booked.
- Coordination is in the number. Planning and on-site coordination are included in the itemized per-person price, never billed as an extra fee.
Payment plans
Hotels and venues usually want deposits well before the trip. That can clash with how your finance team approves spend.
