Offsiteio vs 360 Destination Group (now Cohera)

Done-for-you team offsites with one itemized price per person and a planner on site. Free proposal in 48 hours.

Offsiteio created this comparison. We've stuck to what 360 Destination Group and its new brand, Cohera, publish on their own site, and we link every source. Our check was in October 2026; flag anything that has since changed and we'll revise it.

First, a naming update. 360dg.com now redirects to meetcohera.com, and Cohera's site says "CSI DMC and 360DG unite to form Cohera" (meetcohera.com/about, checked Oct 2026). So if you're researching 360 Destination Group, you're really looking at Cohera.

The key difference: Cohera is a destination management company (DMC) that delivers in-destination services such as transport, décor, dining, entertainment and team building across about 50 US destinations. Offsiteio plans the whole offsite for growth-stage teams, from choosing the destination to being on-site, for one itemized per-person price.

Who 360 Destination Group / Cohera is

According to Cohera's about page, 360 Destination Group formed in 2011 from the merger of The Meeting Manager, established in 1978, and Destination PROS. In 2025, 360DG and CSI DMC combined to form Cohera, and the company later acquired Destination South DMC. It describes itself as "one of the largest DMCs in the U.S." (meetcohera.com/about, checked Oct 2026).

Its services fall into three groups. Creative covers décor and design, culinary experiences, entertainment, and team building and CSR. Experiential covers immersive storytelling, brand activations and campaign ideation. Logistics covers transportation, tours and activities, hospitality and staffing, AV and VIP services (services page, checked Oct 2026).

A DMC is a specialist in one place. It knows the local venues, vendors and permits, and it usually works alongside a meeting planner or agency that owns the overall program and hotel contract. For more on that distinction, see our Offsiteio vs a DMC page.

How Offsiteio is different

We own the whole trip. Our planners help you choose where to go, then book hotels and meeting space, plan meals and activities, arrange transfers, and keep someone on-site start to finish. You get a free proposal in 48 hours with 2–3 destination options and a single per-person price, itemized and without hidden fees. Asking doesn't commit you. Flights are quoted separately. We're rated 5.0 on Google (17 reviews).

Picking the right partner

Choose Cohera if…

  • You (or your agency) have already booked the hotel and need ground transport, dinners and activities handled locally
  • You're staging a large event with brand activations, décor and entertainment in a US city
  • Your group is in the hundreds or thousands
  • You want a big DMC with a presence in many US markets

Choose Offsiteio if…

  • You haven't picked a destination yet and want help deciding
  • You'd like one partner to handle the hotel, meeting space, food, activities and transfers together
  • Finance needs one itemized number per person before anything is signed
  • You're a growth-stage team without an in-house event planner

Pricing, side by side

Cohera doesn't post pricing, and a DMC quote typically covers in-destination services only, so it isn't directly comparable to a full trip price. If you collect both, make sure you know what's included. Our corporate retreat cost guide lists the usual cost categories.
