360 Destination Group alternatives
Done-for-you team offsites with one itemized price per person and a planner on site. Free proposal in 48 hours.
Note from the author: this is an Offsiteio page, and we list ourselves first. Everything about the other companies is taken from their own websites, which we checked in October 2026 and link throughout. Tell us if anything has moved.
360 Destination Group is now part of Cohera. Its old domain, 360dg.com, redirects to meetcohera.com, and Cohera's about page says 360DG and CSI DMC united to form the new company (meetcohera.com/about, checked Oct 2026). Cohera is a destination management company (DMC): it provides local services like transport, décor, dining, entertainment and team building in roughly 50 US destinations.
A DMC is usually one piece of a bigger program. So the right alternative depends on whether you want another local partner, or someone to plan the entire event.
Alternatives side by side
1. Offsiteio
Unlike a DMC, we don't start once your hotel is booked. We start before you've picked a destination. Offsiteio's planning team scouts locations, books hotels and meeting rooms, plans meals and activities, handles transfers, and stays on-site for the whole trip, so local services come as part of one plan. A free proposal arrives within 48 hours with 2–3 destination options and one itemized per-person price. There's no commitment and no hidden fees. Most trips start around $1,450 per person, with real trips running about $1,450–$2,402, and flights quoted separately. We work in drive-to and fly-in destinations across the US and internationally.
Best for: companies without an in-house planner that want one team responsible for everything.
Want one team on it from day one? Ask for a proposal.
2. Bishop-McCann
Bishop-McCann is a full-service event management agency offering planning and operations, production, creative, group air and site selection (bishopmccann.com, checked Oct 2026). It says it has run programs in over 350 cities.
Best for: enterprises that want an agency to own a large meeting or incentive program from start to finish.
3. BCD Meetings & Events
BCD Meetings & Events is a global meetings and events company that lists venue sourcing, attendee management and production among its services (bcdme.com, checked Oct 2026).
Best for: organizations that need a meetings partner across many countries.
4. Maritz
Maritz's Business Events unit offers sourcing and contracting, registration, housing and event management for conferences, sales meetings and incentive events (maritz.com, checked Oct 2026).
Best for: very large events where registration and housing are their own projects.
5. ITA Group
ITA Group runs incentive travel, including destination management and in-house group air, and event marketing for live and hybrid events (itagroup.com, checked Oct 2026).
Best for: reward travel programs for qualifiers.
6. BI WORLDWIDE

Best for: global companies combining events with incentive and recognition programs.
DMC or planner: which do you need?
- You already have a venue and program owner. A DMC such as Cohera adds local expertise for transport, dinners and activities.
- You're starting from zero. A full planner or agency picks the destination, negotiates the hotel and builds the agenda.
- You're a growth-stage team. A focused offsite planner usually beats hiring both an agency and a DMC.
- You need budget clarity. Ask for per-person, itemized pricing from anyone you consider.

Which alternative works for very large events?
