Every proposal is built for your group, but most land in one of three shapes. These descriptions use our real price ranges: destination packages start from about $1,100 to $1,900 per person, and the full trips we've planned have run between $1,450 and $2,402 per person.

Essentials: a focused working retreat

Three nights at a comfortable group hotel in a high-value destination such as Riviera Maya, Nashville or Los Cabos. Daily breakfast and lunch, a welcome dinner and a closing dinner, one main meeting room, one shared team activity and airport transfers. This is where packages starting around $1,100 to $1,200 per person sit.

Signature: the balanced company offsite

Three nights in a city or resort with more to do, such as Austin, Miami or Lisbon. Most meals hosted, breakout rooms alongside the plenary, two activities and a standout dinner. Many of the multi-day programs we deliver fall here, in the $1,450 to $1,900 per person range.

Premium: the celebration or leadership trip

A higher hotel tier or a property buyout, private dining, a marquee experience such as a yacht dinner or a guided excursion, and extra hosted time. Destinations like Hawaii, Santa Barbara or Dubai often sit here. The top of our real range, around $2,402 per person before flights, is this kind of trip.

How teams customize a package

• Nights. Dropping from three nights to two cuts lodging and a round of meals. It also cuts the time that makes the trip worth taking, so weigh it carefully.
• Hotel tier. Moving up or down one tier is usually the single biggest lever on the per-person price.
• Hosted meals. Leaving one dinner unhosted gives people a free evening and trims the total.
• Activities. Swap a premium experience for a simpler one, or add a second activity for a celebration trip.
• Dates. Shoulder season and midweek arrivals often unlock better hotel rates.

You can assemble a retreat from separate bookings. Plenty of teams do, and our offsite budget template helps if you go that way.
