Offsiteio vs Peerspace
Done-for-you team offsites with one itemized price per person and a planner on site. Free proposal in 48 hours.
Offsiteio wrote this, so read it knowing we're one of the options. Peerspace facts are taken from peerspace.com pages that we reviewed in October 2026; links are in the sources section. If Peerspace has changed something, tell us.
Short answer: Peerspace rents unique spaces by the hour, which is ideal for a one-day offsite in your own city. Offsiteio plans multi-day team offsites end to end, with travel, lodging, meals and activities, at one itemized per-person price. They overlap less than you might think. Peerspace solves "where do we meet on Thursday?"; we solve "take the team away for three days."
Peerspace vs Offsiteio at a glance
How Peerspace works for an offsite
Peerspace lists studios, lofts, residences and other spaces you can book by the hour, with the promise that you'll "pay by the hour, without hidden overtime fees" (peerspace.com, checked Oct 2026). Its city pages for offsite meeting locations show capacity, minimum booking hours and hourly rates for each space. In San Francisco, for example, it says offsite spaces average $148 per hour (Peerspace SF offsites, checked Oct 2026).
On top of the hourly rate, guests pay a processing fee calculated as a percentage of the booking subtotal. Peerspace doesn't publish the exact percentage but says "generally, the higher the subtotal, the lower the fee," and shows the amount at checkout (Peerspace fees overview, checked Oct 2026).
For a single-day planning session, this is hard to beat. You get a space with more personality than a conference room, at a clear hourly price. You'll still arrange catering, any facilitation, the team dinner and, if people travel in, their hotels.
How Offsiteio works
We plan trips, not rooms. Tell us your headcount, dates and goals, and within 48 hours we'll send a free proposal with two or three destination options. Every option has one per-person price that itemizes lodging, meeting space, meals, activities, transfers and coordination, with no commitment to proceed.
Once you pick, our team books and coordinates everything, and someone from Offsiteio is on site for the whole trip. Real trips have run between about $1,450 and $2,402 per person, and flights are quoted separately. We plan drive-to retreats and destination trips, and we're rated 5.0 on Google (17 reviews).
