Best for: smaller teams needing a modest block.

Pricing: free to the planner.

5. Navan

Navan's meetings and events product covers venue sourcing, attendee travel and RSVPs, with managed services that can put event leads on the ground (Navan meetings and events, checked Oct 2026). Its pricing page says travel is free for companies with up to 300 employees (Navan pricing, checked Oct 2026).

Best for: companies already on Navan who want group trips under the same policy.

6. Perk (formerly TravelPerk)
