Travel

Rhodes is the Greek island for teams that like history with their sunshine. Its walled Old Town is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Beaches start a few minutes from the gates. An offsite here feels like a holiday, and that's exactly why people come home energized.

Why Rhodes for a team offsite

Rhodes Town packs a lot into a small area. The medieval walls, the Palace of the Grand Master, waterfront cafes and a city beach are all within walking distance of the hotel. Your team can work in the morning and be swimming in the Aegean by early afternoon.

The island also has a long tourism season and a lot of hotel capacity, which keeps prices competitive for a Greek island. And it offers easy day trips. The white village and ancient acropolis at Lindos is about an hour's drive and makes a perfect team excursion.

For companies with people across Europe and the Middle East, Rhodes is a convenient meeting point, with seasonal direct flights from many European cities.

Best time for a Rhodes offsite

May, June, September and early October offer warm seas, sunny skies and fewer crowds than midsummer. July and August are hot and very busy. From November to March, many seasonal hotels, restaurants and flights shut down or scale back, so we recommend planning between April and October.

Rhodes team offsite FAQs

How much does a team offsite in Rhodes cost?

Our Rhodes package starts from $1,578 per person for lodging, meals, meeting space and activities. Flights are quoted separately.

Rhodes or Crete for a corporate offsite?

Rhodes is compact, with a walkable medieval town and easy beaches. Crete is larger, with more dramatic hikes and landscapes. Both work well, depending on how active your group is.

When is Rhodes in season?

Roughly April through October. Many businesses close in winter, so we plan offsites within that window.

How long should a Rhodes offsite be for US teams?

At least four nights, given the connecting flights and the time difference. That leaves room for two working days and a day trip.

Is Lindos worth the trip?

Yes. The acropolis views and the whitewashed village make it one of the island's highlights, and it's about an hour's drive from Rhodes Town.
