When to plan an LA offsite

September through November brings warm, clear days and fewer tourists. Spring is mild and pleasant too. Summer is busy and hot inland. Around the Academy Awards in late winter, streets near the Hollywood hotels are closed for days, so we avoid that week for a Hollywood base. Big conventions and film events can also tighten hotel availability.

Where teams stay in Los Angeles

The sample package uses the Loews Hollywood Hotel on North Highland Avenue, in the middle of Hollywood and close to the Walk of Fame, the Dolby Theatre and Universal Studios. For work, it pairs with Industrious at the Gas Company Tower downtown. Downtown is a drive from Hollywood, so teams that want zero commuting can hold sessions at the hotel instead, and we'll quote both.

If your group prefers the coast, Santa Monica or Venice can work as a base too, with a different price and vibe.
