Las Vegas is the most logistics-friendly offsite city in America. There are nonstops from nearly everywhere, the airport is minutes from the hotels, and the city has more group dining, entertainment and meeting space than anywhere else in the country. Done thoughtfully, a Vegas offsite is a lot more than casinos.
Why Las Vegas for a team offsite
Vegas solves the hardest part of a big company offsite: getting everyone there cheaply and easily. Harry Reid International connects to most US cities nonstop, often at competitive fares, and it sits about 10 minutes from our sample hotel. Even a team spread across 20 cities can land on the same afternoon.
Once you're there, the city is engineered for groups. Restaurants have private dining rooms for 40, shows can seat the whole team together, and there's an activity for every taste, from art and design to adrenaline. That depth makes Vegas a natural fit for sales kickoffs, all-hands meetings and large company retreats.
The key is choosing your base wisely. A hotel just off the Strip gives quieter rooms and easier meetings, while keeping the action ten minutes away.
Best time to plan a Vegas offsite
March to May and October to November are the most comfortable months. From June to September, daytime temperatures regularly top 100°F, so outdoor activities need to move to the evening. Check the convention calendar before you pick dates. Huge trade shows such as CES in January fill hotels citywide and drive rates sharply higher. Midweek stays are usually cheaper than weekends.

Where teams stay in Las Vegas
Our sample package uses the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, beside the Las Vegas Convention Center and just off the Strip. It's a non-gaming hotel with a business center, a pool and its own steakhouse. Many teams appreciate a calmer place to sleep and work. For a dedicated work environment, the package pairs it with WeWork Town Square, a coworking space at the south end of the Strip.
If your team wants to be in the middle of the action, we can quote resorts on the Strip with large conference centers.
Team activities in Las Vegas
- High Roller: a giant observation wheel with cabins that can be booked for a private group.
- Bellagio Fountains: the free, choreographed water show that never gets old.
- Neon Museum: retired casino signs and a guided story of the city's history, a favorite with design-minded teams.
- Red Rock Canyon: a short drive west for a sunrise hike or scenic loop, best in the cooler months.
- Shows: world-class productions that can seat a whole team together.

How much does a Las Vegas company offsite cost?
Our Las Vegas package starts from $1,400 per person for lodging, meals, meeting space and activities. Flights are quoted separately.
Is Las Vegas a good place for a sales kickoff?
Yes. Easy flights, big meeting spaces and lots of group entertainment make it one of the most popular cities for sales kickoffs.

Yes. Our sample hotel is a non-gaming property off the Strip, and the itinerary focuses on design, food and the outdoors rather than gambling.
Which dates should we avoid in Las Vegas?
Major trade show weeks such as CES in January, plus big fight or event weekends. These push hotel prices up across the city.
